Before this building was built, it was a Hay & Feed store in the front part, and a Bake House & Oven in the back section.
Between 1926 and 1936, there were 2 stores in the front of this property, and a feed warehouse located in the back.
In 1951, the feed warehouse was still located in the rear, but now there was a printing office in the west side of the front, and Adams Furniture Store on the east side.
In 1957,Warren Mergelman bought the building and had Mergelman Real Estate & Insurance on one side, and the offices of Mountain Construction Co. on the other side.
1973, the ownership went to Margaret Mergelman.
In 1986, Six Point Store was located at this location until 1990, when Pizza Dispatch was located here.
